1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of https://ordnite.com (the "Website"), operated by Ordnite ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Separate terms apply to our software products and to any solution we deploy for you, as explained in sections 5 and 6. For those, the separate terms take priority over these terms.
2. Information on this Website
The Website describes our company, solutions and products in general terms. Descriptions are not offers, and results, statistics and performance figures shown on the Website reflect past or typical deployments. They are not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Actual results depend on your environment and requirements.
3. Using the Website
You agree not to:
- use the Website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our administration area, servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the Website;
- collect content or data from the Website using automated tools at a rate or in a way that harms it;
- impersonate another person or submit false information in our forms.
4. Inquiries and demo requests
Sending a contact message or demo request does not create a contract. A binding agreement exists only when we both accept a written proposal, order or agreement. We may decline a request at our discretion.
5. Software products
Each of our software products (SaaS) is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available on that product's page under Products. By creating an account or using a product you agree to that product's terms.
6. Customer deployments
Solutions that we design, install and support for a customer are governed by the written agreement we sign with that customer, including its scope, service levels, acceptance, data and confidentiality terms.
Customers are responsible for using systems such as video analytics, attendance and identity or biometric recognition lawfully. This includes giving notice to, and obtaining any required consent from, the people whose images or data are processed, as the law requires.
7. Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, graphics, logos, software and design, belongs to Ordnite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to view and use the Website for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Third-party links
The Website may link to websites and services we do not control, such as social networks and messaging apps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date, and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement with you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordnite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may change the Website, and update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use the Website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the competent courts of Addis Ababa will have jurisdiction, unless a separate agreement between us says otherwise.
