What happens when you ask

You can ask Ordnite to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, free of charge.

  • Use the form below, or email contact@ordnite.com from the address you want deleted.
  • We may ask you to confirm your identity so that nobody else can delete your data.
  • We will delete or anonymize your contact messages and demo requests, and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
  • We may keep limited information where the law requires it (for example invoices and accounting records), or where we need it to establish or defend legal claims. We will tell you what we keep and why.

Data held inside a product you use (SaaS) or a system we deployed for a customer is controlled by that product or customer. Contact them, or us, and we will pass your request on. See the Privacy Policy for your other rights.

Request deletion of your data

Tell us the email address you used and we will delete the personal information we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it. We will confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
