1. Scope
This policy explains refunds for services bought directly from Ordnite ("we", "us"), such as consulting, setup, custom development and deployed solutions. Browsing this website and sending an inquiry or demo request are free, so there is nothing to refund.
Software products (SaaS) listed under Products may have their own pricing and refund terms, shown on the product page or at checkout. Where they differ from this policy, the product's terms apply.
2. How pricing works
Prices, fees and payment schedules are set out in the written proposal, order or agreement we both accept. There are no hidden fees: any taxes, travel, hardware or third-party licence costs are listed in that document before you agree.
3. When you can get a refund
- Before work starts: you can cancel an accepted order and receive a full refund of any amount paid, within 7 days of acceptance.
- Service not delivered: if we cannot deliver the agreed services, we will refund the part you paid for that has not been delivered.
- Not as described: if what we deliver materially does not match the agreed scope and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, you may claim a refund for the affected part.
- Duplicate or mistaken payment: we refund it in full.
4. When refunds are not available
- Work already delivered and accepted, or time already spent at your request.
- Third-party hardware, licences or fees we bought for you, where the supplier does not refund us.
- Dissatisfaction that does not relate to the agreed scope.
Your agreement may give you additional rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer or contract law.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email contact@ordnite.com with your name, the order or agreement reference and the reason. We will reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, or by bank transfer if that is not possible, within 14 days of approval.
